Norski Keystone is open 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM, December 12th  thru late March.

Early & Late Season Hours during October, November & April are  8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Return anytime before 8:00 PM at our Keystone location.

You may also return the morning after your rental ends before 10:00 AM at no extra charge. 

Rentals returned after 10:00 AM may be charged for additional days. 

If you or a member of your group is sick or no longer needs their equipment return the equipment early for a refund of unused days.

Equipment must be returned early to be eligible for a refund of unused days. 

Yes, you may return your gear to either location at no extra charge.

Our Copper shop accepts returns until 6:00 PM, our Keystone shop accepts returns until 8:00 PM

Norski Sports has the simplest and easiest refund/cancellation policy around.

We NEVER charge cancellation fees - You will not be charged for rentals you do not pick up.

We take no payment until rental pickup - Even no shows or last minute cancellations, you will not be charged. We take no payment information in advanced.

If you or a member of your group is sick or no longer needs their equipment for the entirety of their rental duration return the equipment early for a refund of unused rental days.

Equipment must be returned early to be receive a refund for unused days. 

We cannot issue refunds for unused days/gear not returned early.

Whatever the reason, whatever the gear.  Swap equipment at anytime with no change fees.* 

Please have your skis with you if making a ski or boot swap.

We cannot swap ski gear without having both the skis and boots present.

Ski Boots - No.

Snowboard Boots - Yes! 

In short, ski bindings have release settings and are set for the specific boot they were paired with.

Snowboard boots and bindings have no release settings and can be used interchangeably.

Anyone under the age of 18 must have a parent or guardian over 18 years of age with them to sign for equipment at the time of rental.

Yes! While not all equipment is for sale ask your ski tech if you loved your gear and we may be able to sell it to you and include a discount from your rental days.

Yes, you may return your gear to either location at no extra charge.

No, while you may see other rental companies offer this, this is a recipe for disaster. Saving a few minutes and having ill-fitting gear just isn't worth it.  

At Norski we take the time to perform a proper ski & boot fitting so that you can enjoy your time on the slopes to the max! With so many different brands, sizes, widths, etc the best way to ensure a great experience is to be properly fit for your gear.

Our rental process is highly efficient, in general most guests are sized and out the door in 15-20 minutes.

We have one of the biggest selections of demo skis and snowboards around. Take your pick of the litter of hundreds of demo skis & boards when you arrive for your fitting. Due to our ever rotating stock we do not take reservations for specific ski/board models.

If you had a piece of equipment that worked well for you in the past, mention it to your ski tech! We have customer records dating back to day one.

To get the best deal on rentals reserve online 48 hours in advanced of your rental and receive the best discount we offer.

We offer 20% season pass, homeowners and military discounts at both of our locations on walk-in rentals.

Discounts cannot be combined. Discounts do not apply to merchandise. 

Yes! We offer the following tuning services. 

• Full Tunes w/ base repair -  $99.99
  • Includes: minor base repairs, base grinding and structuring, base and side edge, WaxFuture Infrared wax with temperature/season specific wax.
  • Additional charge for severely damaged base repairs ie: core shots larger than 3" long or 1" wide.
• Wax Future wax $54.99 w/ side+base edge | $39.99 w/o side+base edge.
  • Infrared heat soaks wax deeper into your bases for a better, longer lasting wax. We use wax for the current weather/temperature, if you would like a specific temperature wax please request when dropping off your gear.
• Side Edges Only  - $19.99 
  • Sharpen & refresh only the side edge of your skis/board.
• Quick Waxing - $19.99
  • Machine applied wax, last a few days but does not soak deep into bases.

We do not offer the following services:

• Ski Binding Mounting
• Binding testing / binding adjustments
• Edge Repair & Replacement. 

Tune availability subject to demand. We can only tune so many skis per night!
